Bridging usability with convince, MerkleTree has developed and provides chain state files, allowing a quicker path to syncing the blockchain with a local node.

These files are verified using the on-chain notarization system that has been developed and provided by the core project. This allows the chain files to be fully trusted as the verification hash has been processed into the immutable blockchain as a message transaction.

We feel this adds value to the core project by allowing users to quickly get up and running with a local node, instead of waiting days for the full chain to sync.
